Damien is a Principal Lawyer who was admitted to practice and joined McNally’s in 2001. He has practiced mainly in the field of personal injury law in New South Wales and Western Australia.
Damien is experienced in all aspects of personal injury litigation and appears regularly in various courts and tribunals. He is regarded as an expert in Comcare Compensation and one of the few lawyers who has expertise in Seafarer’s Compensation claims.
Damien has also worked in many other areas of the law, including industrial, employment, criminal, coronial inquests and other matters.
Damien is a member of the Law Society of NSW and the Law Society of Western Australia.
